Flat, Square, Round, Hexagonal and Special profiles are produced in our Hot Rolling facility, which operates with an annual production capacity of 80,000 tons. Our production consists of the products mentioned above and ranges are in accordance with DIN and/or EN standards.

Hot rolling is the process of continuously forming steel by raising it to temperatures at which plastic forming is easier. The temperature of rolling varies according to the alloy of the steel. In this process, the steel applied must reach the “recrystallization” temperature. Continuous forming is carried out with rollers. The steel at recrystallization temperature, which is passed through sequential rolls in different sections, gains the desired cross-sectional shape at the exit of the final roll. These cross-sectional shapes are mainly round, square, flat and hexagonal, and special designs can also be made. After hot rolling, the steel surface is coated with an iron oxide compound called 'scale'. Depending on the area of use, it can be produced with or without additional surface treatment. - Examples of use with additional surface treatment: Cold rolled or peeled bright steels. - Example of use without additional surface treatment: Hot forging process.
